JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 39 - School Year

I think students should have a longer school year. For example, students get bored during long breaks. In addition, breaks can provide students to get less education. Also, students can get a lot more education if they have a longer school year. In conclusion, students should have a longer school year for more education purposes.

JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 38 - Video Games

Video games should not be used in school. For example, playing games will get the kid caught up and they won't do there work. In addition, I feel that only educational video games should be allowed in school. Also, it will make them not focus on the game.In conclusion, video games should not be in ANY school.

JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 36 - Plastic Bags

Plastic bags should be banned. For example, every year 4 billion plastic bags end up as litter. In addition, 10% of plastic bags end up in the ocean every year. Also, plastic bags take a very long time to degree.  In conclusion, this is why plastic bags should be banned.

JCCS Academic Language Assessment Week 35 - Sweatshops

Sweatshops are a violation of people's rights. For example,everyone has the right to eat and sweatshops don’t allow you a break and they need one because they have to labor for so many hours. In addition, some sweatshops don’t allow people to interact during work so then they don’t get to apply good social skills with others Also, it saves us money so we can buy things cheaper. In conclusion, sweatshops shouldn't be allowed in the United States!!!

I wish I never...

I wish I never go abused. I wish I never got abused because it caused a lot of trauma in my life. I was seven when I first got abused and went into the system. I wish I never had to experiences the pain I experienced  I don’t think any kid should get abused. I think if I never go abused I probably would be more happier than I am right now. I’m starting to realize that I probably only got abused because my mom wasn't in the right state of mind. I’m glad I got to overcome my past trauma.

During my free time I like to listen to music. I also like to play softball. Softball is a very good sport that gives me a lot of exercise. Listening to music calms me down. When I’m upset or sad music makes me feel better. I like talking to my friends. My friends always bring happiness into my life. I play softball but my season is almost over. When softball is over I’m going to do cheer. With extra-curricular activities like cheer and softball I don’t have a lot of free time. On the weekends I have a lot of free time. I like to do these activities on the weekend when I have free time.
